SLEFI Investors toured several St. Louis-area investments, old and new, on a gorgeous fall day in late September. Developments and sites visited included Hillside Apartments, Mackenzie Place, Lyndover Apartments, Hillsdale Manor, North Newstead V, O'Fallon III, Irving School Apartments, Salisbury Park III and St. Ferdinand Homes. The trip concluded with a reception at a move-in ready market-rate unit in the King Louis Square development, owned by Housing Revitalization, Inc. and managed by CAMCO.
